- Ask. I ask questions and pay attention to what is physically happening to your body when targeted, a process called biofeedback. The answers are gained as specific muscles tense and relax in response, and by utilizing information gathered verbally from you for clarity. It is deeply science-based. More and more we are learning that what happens within us is connected in a complicated network of energetical relationships. Understanding these connections allows us to see into the deep functioning of the body. I have several methods for getting down to the nitty-gritty, my main one being this detailed Protocol Cart. In addition, I tune into the session (generally before you arrive) using Mindscape.
- Balance. I use the information provided to develop techniques that restore balance to the mind and body by targeting the affected body systems. We are all genetically and biochemically unique and we have all been exposed over our lives, to different social, familial, and physical experiences. Health and balance is not just the absence of dis-ease but a state of energy and vitality that contributes to an amazing quality of life, and no matter what the ups and downs are we traverse them with grace and ease.
- Communication. Your body has its own ability to heal and if properly supported, can delay or manage many of the disorders and challenges we face day in and day out. The final phase of our session is repairing faulty lines of communication throughout the body system. Tapping is used at various points on the body, especially the head (brain), chest (heart), and tummy (gut-brain) focusing on “energy circuits.” When the energy and vibrations are free to flow, so is your life!
