In-Person Sessions
There are two ways we can perform in-person sessions:
- In-person. You come and see me.
- In-person. I come to see you (if there is a circumstance where you cannot get to me, incurs travel fees)
The first thing you need to know is that BodyTalk is cumulative. Each session builds up a whole body, mind and spirit balance. We will work together to achieve this. Each session takes between 30 to 45 minutes, although please allow for up to an hour.
We begin each session by checking in and seeing where you are at!
An appointment begins with a discussion of your concerns and treatment goals. Then you relax while I tune in with your entire system, using a subtle muscle-testing technique to communicate with your innate wisdom. My muscle checking (not to be confused with kinesiology muscle testing) uses a light touch, a small shifting of the hand and tapping out the three brains for the necessary resolution. You can sit or lie down, whichever you prefer. I will also be tuning into MindScape to gain a closer connection with your subconscious world and your priorities. I follow a comprehensive protocol to establish exactly what balancing your system needs in order to harmonize functions at the physiological, biochemical, circulatory, nervous, emotional and energy levels. I explain each priority in practical terms that you can relate to.
After identifying your system’s healing priorities, we set transformation in motion with tapping. You can tap on yourself while I also visualize the tapping. We lightly tap on your head, stimulating your brain to make necessary corrections along highlighted communication pathways. Then we lightly tap on your heart to store the changes to deep cellular memory. This means that your body remembers changes after treatment. Then we tap on your belly to harmonize the shifts with your gut-brain.
Most clients notice a greater sense of well-being and relaxation after BodyTalk. They feel more at peace with themselves and often report sleeping better, having more energy, and feeling integrated.
